Volunteers Needed

Boxerwood is recruiting about 80 volunteers for the Spectacle on the weekend of October 14th and 15th. We need folks before, during, and after the two shows in three different locations to check in guests, load and unload buses, park cars, sell tee-shirts, and assist with traffic and crowd control.

Overall, it's a huge undertaking, but each volunteer slot is only a minor time commitment. Can you help us?

We welcome teens to adults to volunteer. Folks handling money and directing traffic should be over the age of 18. Each of the three locations will also have a volunteer coordinator for the day who will be in charge of checking in volunteers and keeping things running smoothly.

Each volunteer will be able to see the show for free, either on the day of their shift or during the other show. After people sign up for their shift, they will receive informational emails before the event with logistics and site contacts.
